This an adaptation of one of my favorite circuits to be done right in your office. You take the following:

-Upper body exercise

-Lower body exercise

-Cardio move

Do each one 12 times then perform 4 circuits. 12 exercises and 12 reps.

Office Dirty Dozen

1.Press Up x12
2.Lunge x12
3.Jog on Spot 30 seconds

Repeat 3 more times after 30 seconds rest between sessions.
